Timeline - Your 15-Month Journey

Months 1-3 Selection

Applications, assessments, interviews and cohort formation indetify the next generation of emerging leaders

Month 4-6 Education

Participants engage in monthly leadership development sessions, executive mentoring & capability building experiences across business, commercial acumen, innovation, data insights & stakeholder engagement.

Months 7-9 Experience

Learning is applied through real world projects, industry engagement, community activities, stakeholder collaboration and practical problem solving challenges.

Months 10-12 Fellowship

Participants continue their journey through the fellowship for good with impact projects, collaboration, leadership initiatives commnuinty engagement and contribution of at least 30 hours toward connections and the creation of lasting communities and legacies.

Months 13-15 Continued Impact

Fellows consolidate learning scale impact and take on leadership roles within the network, communities and industries while continuing service mentorship and collaboration for long term societal impact.
